What data we collect

The job ad, your CV or experience, your email address and, optionally, your name. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive your bank or card details.

Purpose and legal basis

We only use your data to perform our agreement with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): writing your letter and CV and emailing them to you.

How long we keep it

Your order (job ad, CV/experience, name and email address) is stored securely on our server and only we can access it. We automatically delete this data and the PDFs we made 30 days after delivery. Unpaid orders are deleted after 48 hours. Payment records are kept for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Render (Render Services Inc., servers in Frankfurt) and Neon (database, Frankfurt) for hosting and storage, and Resend (emailing your order). We may use AI tools while drafting; your data is not used to train AI models. We have data processing agreements with all processors. Render, Neon and Resend are US companies; your data is stored on servers in the EU (Frankfurt). Because these companies may access it from the US, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) apply as a safeguard. Stripe may also process data outside the EEA on the basis of SCCs.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to its use. Email briefklaar@klikshop.tech. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

We don't use tracking cookies.
